Metric Accountants is a London-based firm of chartered accountants that specialises in helping technology and high-growth companies in the UK.

The best of both worlds

Metric was founded in 2009 by two accomplished professionals who have experience of working for “Big Four” accountancy firms as well as Blue Chip corporates in the technology and financial services sectors.

The founders’ vision was to offer the expertise and service quality that they had witnessed first-hand at the larger accountancy firms. Yet they wanted to blend this with the personal, hands-on approach typically offered by a tightly-knit team.

In short, we wanted to provide our clients with the best of both worlds.

Our Team

Katrine Lindberg Richardson

Co-Founder

Katrine started her career at KPMG, first in Stockholm, Sweden and then in London, UK. Katrine subsequently developed her practical commercial experience by working in the finance department of GE (at the time, the largest company in the World). Katrine then left to start Metric Accountants in 2009.

James Richardson

Co-Founder

James worked for KPMG in London, UK, before moving to a commercial role, working in the transaction services and treasury teams for Aviva plc, a financial services company, in the City. James joined Metric in 2012. James specialises in helping our audit clients as well as providing compliance and tax advice.
